Your approved design and configuration are attached to the Shopify order.

Your custom print is prepared, sewn, stuffed and quality checked.

DISPATCHED

Tracking is added to your order when your PLOSHI is dispatched.

DELIVERED

Your PLOSHI normally reaches you within 10–14 working days from the date you ordered. Use the order status page for carrier updates.
